Frequently asked questions.
Where are you located?
Rockin Botanicals is based in Westerville Ohio where we make all of our products out of our home workshop. You can find our products in person at markets throughout the year.and of course you can shop online and have a beautiful creation shipped to you!
What material are your pots?
Each planter is made to order from hand-poured cement for a completely one-of-a-kind product.
Will my purchase look exactly like the pictures?
All pots are individually poured, cast, and sculpted. No two pots are exactly alike which adds to the uniqueness of the pot. The orbs are made with a technique that allows previous colors to be absorbed into the cement as it hardens. The effect is that you have remnants of other colors in the final design, which as the creator of these orbs is my favorite part about them. Please note these are unique art pieces and you will receive a gorgeous one of a kind orb that is impossible to recreate exactly like the one before.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes, but with the understanding that while I do my best to get the color to your specification, it may alter and have varying shades. I can custom make it with a stone and crystal of choice and color pattern. Please note that some custom orders will take longer due to needing to source materials and there will be an additional up charge. Reach out to me directly via email or Instagram to start planning!
Do plants do well in cement?
As an avid plant lover myself, I have noticed that these cement pots retain water a little longer, so therefore you might need to water less frequently. always feel the soil to gauge moisture in the pot before watering. A soggy root is never happy. All pots come with drainage holes unless requested otherwise. Also, as these vessles can be quite heavy, it is always recommended that you carry and hold your peice from the bottom so as to no put too much strain on the edges.
What is your return policy?
Please note that I do accept returns within 30 days but the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. If the vessel arrives damaged please reach out directly so that we can come up with a resolution.
